Schools inset days
The session for teachers will incorporate the seven steps to relaxation for both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This will be a practical session where teachers have the opportunity to enjoy the deep benefits of relaxation whilst picking up tips to use in their classroom. This will be followed by a more detailed explanation of a sample of relaxation games, stretching and breathing exercises and affirmations.
The session will also include:
- Detailed explanation of Relax Kids products and their role in the classroom
- How to use the books, CDs and affirmation cards in the classroom How to read visualizations for best effect
- How to tailor the exercises for individual classroom needs and incorporate into the national curriculum lesson plans.
- A chance to sample the products, listen to CDs and use the cards.
- An opportunity to discuss the products and their role in children’s relaxation and ask questions
