IBS
My 6year old son has been diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome and his symptoms are made worse by anxiety. He is very worried going to school this term (his new teacher is very 'shouty') and he has been much worse since the beginning of term. I have been looking at the various Relax Kids CDs and want them all but I'm afraid funds don't allow for that. Any advice on which might be a good one to try initially would be very gratefully received. Thanks

Hi there - so sorry for the late response. I really would recommend the quiet spaces as a CD to help him manage his worries. Relaxation has been shown to have a positive effect on adults with IBS and some doctors will recommend it. I would just start with one CD and see how you go. Start with Quiet Spaces and then move on to Nature maybe.
