Mp3 to Itunes

Jayne, We find it really hard to support people with iTunes. Every computer is different, and I understand why you'd come to us for support when it all goes wrong. The thing is, it's like having a problem with the tape deck in your car, and calling the people you bought the tape from - if you see what I mean. We do our best to help (and to my memory haven't failed to resolve an issue yet) but we can't guarantee to be able to make it work. As per most download sites, our policy is that once a download has commenced, we can't offer a refund due to the nature of the product.
