We all know that it feels great to smile. We smile when we feel happy and are enjoying life, but did you know that smiling is actually good for our health?

There are so many reasons why smiling is good for us, so now we have another reason to smile. It is good for us!

Smiles release endorphins, natural painkillers and serotonin

Studies have shown that when we smile, we release endorphins, serotonin and natural pain killers, and serotonin. These make us feel healthy and full of energy.

If you feel stressed, don’t forget to smile as it help to prevent you from looking tired and wound up. After a while of smiling, the stresses of the day should slowly melt away.
