My son and I both really enjoyed the session. It was a chance to embrace and indulge in some precious time together. The session was extremely well led and at every stage my son's needs were put as the priority. We had a lovely time and didn't want it to end. My son was engaged and seemed to be really alert to the activity that we were doing and vicki gently guided us through the session. The ambience was well set with a multi sensory approach. Overall I would highly recommend baby mindful as both my son and I were able to take so much out of the experience thanks to the skilled and extremely professional delivery. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We will continue to use the ideas when we are at home together.
Very relaxing, nice to spend some time unwinding with my baby
This was a very calm, relaxed class that encouraged time to bond with baby. The venue was just right and provided the right kind if atmosphere. Our coach for the session was very welcoming and led the session well. By the end both baby and I felt more peaceful. Thank you
