Every Monday I will have a session, initially half hour classes - graduating to 45 min and again graduating to 1 hour sessions. The theme will change every 6 weeks. Graduation will happen when you have completed 6 weekly classes. I will use the Relax Kids 7 steps, and all classes will be seated. We will use MOVE, PLAY, STRETCH, FEEL, BREATHE, BELIEVE and RELAX in a fun and creative way. These sessions are for Adults with LD. only.
Hi I'm Mandy. Most of my adult life I have been involved with children and adults and their wellbeing. I am passionate about mental health and the support available for those who need it. The Relax Kids programme can support children and adults with various emotional issues, it can Improve Self Esteem and Wellbeing. Children can become more focussed and calmer and build life skills needed to face every day challenges. Using the Relax Kids 7 Steps and the many different themes, you will learn many techniques, All done in a SAFE and CARING environment.
I also offer Baby Mindful Classes, Just Relax for Mums to be and babies up to 18months. Also Adult Relaxation Zoom classes.
