On this adventure we will be following our 7 steps to relaxation which include; Movement and games Yoga Self or family massage Breathing techniques Positive affirmations Relaxing meditations Just type in the Zoom code, pop your screen onto “speaker view” (so you can only see me and not the other families) and enjoy!
