Meet the coach, Maria

Hi my name is Maria. I currently teach children and young people with Special educational needs and behavioural problems relating to mental health issues such as ADHD, ODD, depression and anxiety. I have just been offered some work at a local gym delivering charge up and relax kids sessions remotely due to Covid 19 with the hope of becoming a full time coach when it re-opens.
