Hello, I trained as a Relax Kids Coach in 2016 after using the products and directing families to the resources for over 15 years. I am a Health Play Specialist with a degree in Therapeutic Recreation. Originally from Oklahoma in the USA, my home and heart has been in Scotland for over 30 years. I've worked with children, young people, and families in all kinds of settings including hospitals, community, and with the voluntary sector in Children's Health Scotland and Mental Health Foundation projects.
