I have worked professionally with children and young people in different settings for over 30 years and I am a mum to two grown up children. I have seen first hand the stresses and pressures our children face in today's society not to mention us as parents! Having discovered, mindfulness, yoga and meditation myself as a way to let go of my own stresses and worries I feel passionately about teaching relaxation skills to children in an accessible fun way through Relax Kids.
