I'm a mum and I have also worked with children and families for a number of years, whose children have been struggling with low confidence, behaviour difficulties and strong emotions.

Using the Relax Kids 7-steps to calm, children can learn how to recognise their feelings, learn how to use breathing and stretching, connect with others and feel more confident and relaxed.
