I am currently working with a year 11 student who has very poor self esteem and huge behavioural difficulties and am amazed at how she has taken to Relax Kids the difference in her after the session is really noticeable and as i write you this email she is lying on my office floor under a blanket listening to the believe and achieve C.D.!!
I use the cds to help me go to sleep and relax when I am feeling all tight in my tummy. I am 12 now and I still use them when I am feeling a bit sad or troubled.
I work with children with behavioural problems. One difficult day I put the music on in the background and it had a noticable calming effect.We are getting more CD`s.

Just got 2 ofyour CD`s for my boys AND I`m enjoying them just as much. We homeschool and these CD`s are just what we needed to help us get motivated, creative, calm; you name it there`s a track for it!!!

The sessions are particularly beneficial for my mixed Year 5/6 class. It not only encouraged them to work together and help build each others self esteem, it also helped them to become more aware of individual needs within the classroom. The children learnt simple relaxation techniques which they could use themselves and how to share their feelings openly
