Happy Star Book and CD

I was playing the relaxing cd that comes with the happy star book over the weekend and my son and daughter were watching television whilst it was playing in the kitchen. My son came out to the kitchen to plead me to turn it off because his arms and legs had gone like jelly and he couldn`t keep his eyes open, he asked me if I was trying to hypnotise them and said he wasn`t ready to go to bed just yet! Not sure if that was a positive, but shows it really works. I told this story to a lady today and she ordered one for her granddaughter on the spot!
