Really unique class which focuses on mum's emotions need, whilst being really calming for baby at the same time.
My 3 year old daughter really enjoyed to class and asked if we can go again! She was a little shy at first but really embraced it by the end! She loved taking a feather home to practice breathing! Relaxing but fun!

Thank you very much for the taster Baby Mindful class, I went home and tried out a few things I had learnt with Huw, awake this time.! A calming and uplifting session, Baby Mindful is more than meditation, it is a time to reflect on our self confidence, our babies, our mood. These sessions would have a very positive effect on all aspects of being a parent.
