I came with my 19 week old little boy Daniel and breast fed him for the whole class! It was wonderful to be in such a calm place, "twinkle twinkle little star" being played in the background, lovely smell of lavender in the room When it came to sharing with the group about being a star as a mum, I shared how difficult it had been for me to breast fed ,Daniel was born prematurely and how proud I was that I was feeding him and kissing him and felt so connected to him in this lovely relaxed place with other mums and their babies. Went home so happy!

Wonderful relaxing and chill experience at baby mindful. Could sense my baby fully relaxing she would sink back into me as she relax with me. She had a long sleep than usual straight after the session. Felt she benefited as well as me to enjoying the moment away from life being so busy.
