Lovely relaxing class. Made me realise how important it is to take time out to be with just me and my baby.
My daughter Harriet is 11 weeks old, and Baby Mindful is perfect for us. It was a lovely and calm atmosphere, just what we needed on a Monday morning. I will be signing up in January. Thank you Amber, you reminded me how important it is just to stop, relax and enjoy the precious moments I have with Harriet.

Thank you very much for the taster Baby Mindful class, I went home and tried out a few things I had learnt with Huw, awake this time.! A calming and uplifting session, Baby Mindful is more than meditation, it is a time to reflect on our self confidence, our babies, our mood. These sessions would have a very positive effect on all aspects of being a parent.
Baby & I thoroughly enjoyed our baby mindful session with Vicki, i cannot recommend her highly enough, she made us feel relaxed from the onset and was extremely professional and i look forward to more sessions in the near future. I loved how my baby needs came first, she needed changed, and i didn't feel under pressure, or rushed to get back to the session. I personally have suffered with PND, i found this class to be wonderful to bond and soothe my baby, my baby girl was so relaxed during the session, i have since used some of the techniques to help my baby sleep. Thanks again.
