My aim is to help children feel relaxed in this busy chaotic world. I will guide children by following 7 simple steps that can completely transform their mood. Being a primary school teacher for the past 8 years and a busy mum, it is so important to teach children the tools to manage their BIG feelings. At the same time they will be building confidence and imagination skills that can stay with them forever!
