For this session we will be relaxing in the beautiful outdoors! We will be learning how to stay cool and calm whilst having lots of fun. This session will leave your children feeling calm and confident as we follow our seven steps to relaxation including: Movement and dance Games Stretching Peer massage Breathing techniques Positive self talk Visualisations This session is suitable for 4-11 year olds.
