I have 13 years experience working with children and families to help them to improve their lives. I am passionate about using Relax Kids to support children's wellbeing and giving them the skills they need to flourish in today's world.

I love art and nature and my favourite thing to do is going a long walk in the Derbyshire countryside with my husband and two children.
