Im a mum of 3 wonderfully energetic children and have been a primary school teacher for more than 10 years. I have spent many years battling with my mental health but through the use of movement, mindfulness and meditation techniques, I am able to take control. Being aware of my anxieties and emotions, is the most powerful tool I have. The passion to share these tools with our children, was what led me to Relax Kids. It was meant to be. To be able to support childrenâ€™s physical and emotional wellbeing, in a world full of fairies, giants, pirates and unicorns, is a dream come true.
