Im a mum of 3 wonderfully energetic children and have been a primary school teacher for more than 10 years. I have spent many years battling with my mental health but through the use of movement, mindfulness and meditation techniques, I am able to take control. Being aware of my anxieties and emotions, is the most powerful tool I have. The passion to share these tools with our children, was what led me to Relax Kids. It was meant to be. To be able to support children’s physical and emotional wellbeing, in a world full of fairies, giants, pirates and unicorns, is a dream come true.
