    I run a nurture group in a primary school. The group is for children with social, emotional and some behavioural difficulties. One lunchtime each week I provide a relaxation session in the nurture room for approxiamtely twelve K.S.2 children. Until I bought this book I had to write my own stories and I`m no author! This book has proved invaluable. The children really love the stories and I think they enjoy them more as they are familiar to them. All the children say they love the relaxation sessions and don`t want to go back to class! I would recommend it to other professionals and parents for bedtime stories

    This book is brilliant especially when combined with the relax kids cds as they all follow the same theme and connect. we use relax kids products with our three children aged 3,4 and 6 and all three equally enjoy and benefit from it! The pictures in the book are lovely and each meditation lasts around 4-5mins which is just the right length of time for young listeners! i would fully reccomend this to anyone!

The guided imagery is beautiful, and appropriate for all ages. The messages are very peaceful, relaxing, and calming. It would also be a great book for families to share at bedtime!
