Hi, I am a Relax Kids Coach, Holistic Therapist and Children's Yoga Teacher based in Mirfield, West Yorkshire.

I run classes, workshops and courses at Mirfield Community Centre on Water Royd Lane, Mirfield, and also one to one/family group sessions in my home treatment room or the family home.

I have worked with hundreds of children in Schools, Scouting groups, Community Groups and with Home Educated children and children in Foster Care.
